1. What is the minimum Order (MOQ)?

We can accept customized colors or colors from Pantone, then the MOQ would be 3000Y for each color. Any smaller quantity is also welcomed!

2. Is it possible to visit your factory?

Our company is located in Keqiao, Shaoxing, near Hangzhou and Shanghai. It is very convenient to visit us, and all clients from all over the world are highly welcome to us.

3. Can I get samples for free?

Sure, we provide free samples as your requirement. For the first cooperation, the postage would be at customer’s cost. After order confirmation, we will refund it to you. 

4. How about your packaging and shipping?

We usually pack in roll packing with tubes and transparent plastic bag,  we can also accept customized requirement.
