Why do small capacitors(DC)have to use tin sprayed with gold,while large capacitors(C) can use all zinc?

Capacitor performance is the most basic requirements of the four major electrical performance.

1.Capacitance

2.Voltage resistance

3.Loss angle tangent

4.Insulation resistance

Spraying material is a part of capacitor electrode.It can connect metallized coating(bottom layer) and lead wire(welding layer)and conduct electricity.

Therefore,without scald film,only the loss angle tangent is affected by gold spray,but no effect on oter electrical properties.
